Online Yoga - Private One to Ones

Yoga is a practice of embodied self-inquiry. Through creating space in the body, we also create space in the mind.

Whether you are looking for a way to manage a physical issue such as sciataca, lower back pain, menstrual or menopause symptoms, or tight shoulders, or emotional issues such as stress or anxiety, yoga can help. You might want to improve your flexibility or mobility, or compliment a sports practice. Perhaps you’re interested in a slower, more gentle practice where there is space for self-inquiry.

Sometimes we can struggle to find the time to attend in-person classes, or might find them too strong, or intimidating. Private yoga sessions are a great way to personalise your practice.

I have had a personal yoga practice for almost 30 years, and a regular meditation practice for the last 15 years. I am lay-ordained in a Tibetan Buddhist lineage, and infuse all of my offerings with a meditative quality of awareness and compassion.

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hrs before the class / appointment time. If within 24 hrs of the session, I am unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
